When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. Keep track of your spam / junk bin. Wake Custom Gaming Pads have ownership of all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, Wake Custom Gaming Pads must be able to determine the customers home or business address, telephone number, email address and name.

Our normal delivery times are 2-30 days depending on where in the world we ship your order. We send out our products every Monday or the day after your order is placed depending on what shipping option you choose at checkout.
If you choose to have your order sent out next Monday, you must have placed your order with us no later than Saturday 23.59 CET. Orders placed after Thursday 23.59 CET will be sent out next Monday. Holidays or red days can delay delivery.
The transport company is responsible for any damage caused during the transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company are responsible for the damages of possible return to us.

If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK/DKK 200 or 20€ depending on the country you are buying from. This is to cover administration and shipping fees back to us.
If you need to change your shipping address there will be a fee of SEK/DKK 250 or 25€ depending on the country you are buying from. This is a fee that the transport company charge us.
4. DAMAGED GOODS
When you receive your package, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you discover that your package is damaged, you must report this directly to the carrier or delivery point. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org through the contact form on the FAQ page.
All prices in the store are stated in EUR and all prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from, for example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes, changed VAT, incorrect printing in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price. If the price changes, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase without fees.
When buying goods with finished motifs, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of refund that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. Right of refund does NOT apply to specific orders such as custom designed mousepads due to that the item is specifically made for you and therefore cannot be resold.
6.1 WHEN EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF REFUND
You must announce that you regret the purchase. The message should be sent to us at email@example.com or through the contact form on the FAQ page. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the legal 14 days after receiving the product.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when used or damaged product.
Refunds are always made to the same account that was used when purchasing.
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the defect free of charge.
You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
7.1 HOW DO YOU PROCEED WITH A COMPLAINT?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org where you enter your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error.
If we are unable to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints. Refunds are always made to the same account that was used when purchasing.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board in Sweden, see arn.se.
8. INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT
Wake Custom Gaming Pads reserves the right to remove images or text that is illegal, offensive, obscene, racist or religiously offensive. The customer is always responsible for what is uploaded and ordered on our website. The customer disclaims Wake Custom Gaming Pads from anything ordered that may be illegal, offensive, obscene, racist or religiously offensive arising from the use of data transmitted from the customer, meaning that the customer will ensure that Wake Custom Gaming Pads do not have to fulfill such requirement.
Wake Custom Gaming Pads print what the customer uploads and lack any influence or responsibility for the content of the final product. The Customer guarantees that the Customer holds all rights regarding the use, publication and transmission of transmitted data, especially with regard to text and imagery. The customer is solely responsible for the fact that the goods do not constitute an infringement of another’s intellectual property rights and that the contents of the printed mousepad do not violate applicable law. Customer disclaims Wake Custom Gaming Pads from all claims that others may address Wake Custom Gaming Pads in connection with infringement of third party rights, especially copyright, arising from the use of data transmitted from Customer, which means Customer will ensure that Wake Custom Gaming Pads do not have to meet such requirements.
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the companys control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products / product properties that change by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
11. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms & conditions at any time. Changes to the terms & conditions will be published online on the website. The changed terms & conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
14. DISPUTE AND CHOICE OF LAW
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the companys customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board, see arn.se. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commissions dispute resolution platform, see ec.europa.eu.
In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and law.
